we made a contract with an indiana company to ship them some
material (which we ourselves procure from a factory). they were supposed to make wire transfer first. we signed contract and they told us the date they will make wire transfer.
On this basis we made a contract with factory and prepared the material to ship.
but the customer in indiana did not make a wire transfer as agreed.
we are forced to honour our contract with the factory.
can we enforce our contract with our customer and how?
