I AM A SALARY EMPLOYEE. PAID FOR 40HRS. P/WK. I AM WORKED OVER 45 TO 50 HRS. W/O COMPINSATION. IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN DO? IS THAT AGAINST THE LAW? CAN I PREVENT IT?

As a salaried employee you are typically not entitled to OT but that is based on what type of job and responsiblities you have. The more you resemble a manager or supervisor, the less likely you are entitled to OT. Contact your state's Dept of Labor
