I don't know if I am posting in the right place or not.....My husband has been called up for active duty, and I have been laid off of my job. His income at this point is around 2000 a month.....I have read the relief act in length and it doesn't state anywhere tha our utility bills are covered under the act, but my husband insists they are....can anyone tell me which it is? Or, where I can go to find the answer to this question. It's not that we want to avoid paying at all, just want to know if we can somehow get a reduced rate or a break....we can't even buy xmas gifts this year.......
