i just bought a new car 2002 ford in anaheim state of california and dropped it off last tuesday for them to put on the moonroof and i came to pick up the car next monday. The mileage was 135 when i dropped it off when i pick it up it is now 435. They have used at least 300 miles on my car. I had called the dealer asking for a new car or pay me $300 for the mileage that they have used and they offered one free oil change and one car detailed which i disagree with them. What further action i should take? Can i return the car to them or take them to the small claim court?
