A california problem
last august i took an outboard motor in to a shop for repair. in september they called to ask for an ok for more extensive work which i gave. finally in december they sent an invoice for $463.00 saying the motor was not repaired and come and get it.
their work order states that if i don't come soon they will charge storage and after 30 days they will sell it for costs. who would want it? i don't. should i tell them go ahead and sell it? what can they do?
