About 2 years ago, I signed a contract for my daughter to attend a karate school. I signed the contract foolishly for 3 years. After about 7 months, we moved away unexpectedly and the commute became to far for us to drive her 2 days a week. My spouse also became a part-time worker and we couldn't afford to pay it off. Now, I am being contacted by a lawyer who is threating me and harrassing me. He is being very rude, telling me to shut up etc. I know that I have to do something but I don't have the money to pay off the contract. Do I have any rights? Can they take me to court for the remainder of the contract?
