recently i vacationed in ocean city, maryland, and rented a condo for one week. at the time, i, and some other guests, was 18 and some other guests were minors. we all had to sign a contract that restricted the number of people we could have in the condo and what hours we could enter and exit the building (this was a motel like building). Other guests, (those who were older), did not sign any contract of the sort and were free to move about as they pleased without any restrictions. Is this considered discrimination and is this unlawful in any way?
