As a company we have all employees sign a non-compete contract that our Attorney drew up. Recently an employee went behind our back and out right stole a large contract and then quit with no notice. Where do I go from here? How do I get the contract enforced? Every thing I read is telling the employee how to get out of it. I am the employer!!!
