I recently worked with a local jeweler to custom design my engagement ring (using design ideas from another jeweler, but tailoring to suit my needs, making it unique). The designer and I created the ring on her computer, she then sculpted the ring into a wax mold which cost me $200.

I have recently learned that after seeing my ring, a co-worker went to this jeweler and they created the exact ring for her, using the mold that they created for me (and I purchased).

What are my rights?
