nevada, pulled over, given field sobriety, hadnt been drinking, took me to jail for breathalyzer, blew 0.0, said i must submit to blood test, didnt consent, the officer got two other officers, held me down and took blood anyway, sent me to jail and had to bond out, court date 1/31/02 can i get blood test supressed, shouldn't i of been released after blowing 0.0, can lawyer appear in court for me or do i have to appear, i live in dallas, tx, was in boulder city, nv on new years eve.
