i live in North Carolina. I am going through a situation at school were two professors have lied on behalf of my grades and my work. One of my professors will not return my work to me. is this illegal or unlawful? This is MY WORK. Thank you.

Check your student handbook to see if it addresses this issue.

I suspect it does.

If your professors are acting within the allowable limits, as detailed in your student handbook, then you don't have much to complain about.

If it does not comply with the terms of the student handbook, you need to take your complaint to your school's administration.
