auto garage attempted to repair leaking head gasket, drove vehicle less than 30 miles following repair, engine has sudden and severe 'lower end noise'. garage had vehicle in their shop nearly 30 day without completed repairs, took vehicle to another shop and paid to have engine replaced. Paid 1st garage for parts used in first repair, but refused to pay for labor. have just recieved letter from their attorney. what is best course of action?
