a bank in our area gives out one 2500.00 award to each area school.my daughter was the only one to apply by the deadline date of dec 31 2001 in her school. i learned that the bank pres decided to extend it until he got more apps. the instructions say this, any application submitted after this date will not be considered. do i have any legal stand to get her this scholarship?
