What are my rights when requesting information about my child from a private school in the following situation. i'm having my child tested for ADD. i have provided the school forms to fill out. the school has filled the forms and sent directly to the institution which will perform the test. The school refuses to allow me see the information sent to the institution. This occuring in the state of New Jersey.

Do I not have the legal right to that information?
