hi all,
I and another parter own a company (S-corporation) in Maryland. I resigned from the company 1 year ago, but I still have my shares in that company. I know that my old partner must send me a schedule K1 certificate or some kind of financial statements so that I can file my income tax return. Unfortunately, He declined to send me that document. What should I do legally?
