colorado, the pastor of our church is also the board president. he was the only board member from 8/2000-1/2001 when he had to appoint another member to sign tax donation forms. there hasn't been one board meeting since 1/22/2001 even though the bylaws state a board member must attend a board meeting once per quarter during the year. the president has made all financial decisions solely without consent of the other board member. he is also accused of breach of confidentiality misconduct as well as breach of contract for accepting full time pay as a pastor under the condition he stop working as an electrician. he never quit full time employment as an electrician during the 14 months he was paid as a full time pastor. can anything be done by the other board member to remove him from the board or terminate the good standing status with the state for not running the board/church correctly?
