I will be very grateful for your advice.
I am in the middle of divorcing and planing to buy a income properties with money from the divorce settlement. Is there legal
way to protect my property and a business from my adulterous
and greedy ex and her lover. I have been paying family support for 2 children during separation of 14 months and I am very willing to pay child support. But I don't like to pay support her and her lover. I heard If I don't pay alimony my ex could come after my property and business so I was hoping can find some legal way to get around.
if i have to see lawyer what kind of lawyer should i see?
i live in CA and am going to live out of the state or to Canada if i have to.
thank you in advance.
