Our medical supply company is an s-corp in Missouri that has two 50% equal partnerships. One of the partners had made no out of pocket contributions to the corporation and has failed to live up to his agreement of owner responsibilities and is causing turmoil amongst the employees and clients of the business. Is there a way to dissolve the partnership legally with a partner that is not willing to split or resolve with a buy out option?
