if a judge is taken off the bench for misconduct, can his cases be reviewed?

it depends on why he was removed and where he sat.If he was wife-beater and reviewed civil cases or traffic court, then I would say, No". If he accepted bribes from interested parties in cases over which he was presiding, then probably, " Yes".
