I am in Indiana got arrested on Saturday morining My blood Alcohol level was .08. I spent about 3 hours in Jail and was released.I have to appear in court Monday afternoon. Do I need a lawey present. With having to work Monday Morning I do not know if I will have time to get one. I am 27 never been in trouble o speeding are traffic tickets. Do I have a chance of them reducing the charges. I was not ticketed for any traffic violations.
