I am in NH and I have just started a small business selling an eczema cream. I am having it manufactured in Florida and then it is shipped to me and I sell it.

My question is this: Since the manufacturer carries insurance that covers defects, contamination, mislabelling etc. do I need to carry insurance? If so, what kind and how much?
