I am a minority share holder in an subchapter s corporation. The senior partner has held back profits for 3 yrs to do renovations on our restaurant in N.Y.I have paid taxes on this money which I may never see. He is also asking for additional $ to cover costs for the renovation not covered by our profits. I can not afford to pay the additional $ up front so it will be taken out of my future profits. Is this legal? Do I have any recourse?
