1) The Constitution (unless changed) clearly states that a person or defendent has right to view all evidence, including upto and including his arrest. Any violations to this is a serious violation to both the Judge and the Prosecutor (even on the Federal side), and both can be reprimanded, fined and/or dismissed.
2) A defendent can get a listing of names, ethnic backgrounds, races, ages, and perhaps even addresses of all Grand Jurors who indicted him. It does clearly state in Constitution that one has to be Judged by his peers, and to know the right of his accused. It also states that there could be prejudice from particular areas of where the Grand Jurors came from, and can be used as prejudice against the defendent. Addresses can be given up of Grand Jurors.
3) Yes, a defendent has a right to represent himself, in fact that was the norm back in the Colonial days, and before Amendments in the Constitution conflicted with each other. Also Law Enforcement persons can not use scare tactics to force a defendent to hire a paid lawyer, which they commonly use today.
4) Yes!, any alignment of Judge and Prosecutor working in Cohoots, can be deemed a serious violation of the law, and can result in the fine, dismissal, and/or imprisonment ofthe Judge and Prosecutor.
5) Most Prosecutors do not have the right to act improper regarding the News media (any media type), and do not have the right to embarrass any defendent in the News to the point of not being Judged fairly in a court of law. And 5b of your question, your not suppose to know how the Federal Prison System is set-up, How did you find out? You must be extremely smart, have ESP, or somebody tipped you off.
Well there you are Johnny Wizard all answers to your questions. Go after the Judge & Prosecutor if they did you wrong, which it sounds like they did. It looks like they'll be doing some jail time with the very inmates they indicted. Good for you!!!
