Good morning,

I have a 2 part question here.

First, is there any code or stature from the IRS that specially says that I have to pay federal income tax? If so, can anybody give me an idea of documentation so I can research this. Because I have the understanding that Federal income tax is a voluntary tax.

Next question, On a 1040 form it says anything on this document can be used against you in the court of law and by me putting my signature on it, aren't I forfeiting my 5th amendment rights?

Thanks for your time,
