Hi,my organization is co-sponsoring a party at a bar here in Florida. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic sales will be handle by a licensed third party vendor(the club.) In turn my organization gets full profit at the door. The organization( a community service org.) has no association to the club. We will not promote or force underage drinking either. We do have our organization's name on the flyers. My question is,can we be liable if alcohol is sold to a minor by the bar? Will having our name on the flyer make a difference? Can we be liable in any other ways? We will appreciate any information.
