I had a charge of physical control ammended to wreckless driving 12/31/96.I refused the breathlizer .
In 10/23/200 I was charged with a DUI. i plee bargained and plead guilty. I lost my license for two years and was told that my 1996 was now a charge of a DUI.So I ended up with a two year revocation because of the 1996 charge now a DUI I cannot get an occupational license. How can I find out when the physical control law went into affect.I have completed all alcohol classes, went to jail,2-months house arrest, 30-day in house treatment. I need help finding the ammended law.
