I go to a private school in Maryland. There is a no-smoking policy on campus for anybody, including teachers, however, the students are suspended if they are caught smoking on school grounds, but the teachers are not given any reprimand. I am 18 years of age, legal to smoke, and they will not allow me to, however, they will allow the teachers to. Is this legal to say that you at 18 cannot smoke, but the teachers can? thanks - - Mark
