I am NCP paying 54% of Child support. Mother lives in FL . Can I claim child as dependant. Never married.

You did not give enough facts to determine whether you qualify for the exemption. I suggest you look up the explanation of the deduction in IRS Publication 17, Your Federal Income Tax, which you can download at the IRS site at: http://www.irs.ustreas.gov/forms_pubs/index.html
