nova scotia canada. four family partners in a vending machine business. went to the bank and they set us up in a business line of credit. we are not even keeping up with the interest on the loan. we have been going for over a year now. it is not incorporated. can we let the business go bankrupt without it affecting our personal assets? is there anything we can do to protect our personal assets at this stage? someone please help, we don't know what to do and cannot afford legal council.
