Dallas, Texas. If the school that my child is required to attend in our school district is not at the educational level as some of the other schools in that district, is there a way for me to place him in another school?

Sure. You can move to the new district and enroll him there.

Or you can enroll him there and pay the non-resident fees associated with that.

Since the poster does not specify, it may be he wants his kid to go to a lower level school.
