1st offese dui
in montana ,will i lose my liscense in wisconsin where i live?the triple a[aaa]digest of motor laws 2002 book says WI is not a part of the non resident traffic laws compact or the drivers liscense compact.stating that if i have a minor traffic ticket in another state [minor meaning misdameanor and 1st offense dui in montana and wisconsin is a misdameanor]wisconsin will not penalize me for a minor trafficviolation in another state.if i lose my licsense in montana no problem but will i be able to retain it here in wisconsin ,,,,thank you for your time if you choose to think about my questions!!
