My fiance got a DUI in Feb 99. He owes $88 in fines and was supposed to have his probation moved to Texas. Never has the probation moved so a warrent was put out for his arrest in Al. He now wants to clear everything up and pay the fine and go to probation if need be. He does not want to have to go to jail. What are his options. If he were to obtain a lawyer would he get one in Texas or Alabama?
