Hi, we didn't pay our quarterly payroll taxes during 2001. Do we pay each quarter individually using the coupons we received or do we just pay the entire year at once?

If the latter, which coupons do we use?

Thanks

You withholding and payment requirements depend on the size of the number of employees. The requirements can be a bit complex. I suggest you get IRS Publication 15 – CIRCULAR E, EMPLOYER’S TAX GUIDE. The publication has the info you NEED. you can download the publication for free at the IRS site at: http://www.irs.ustreas.gov/forms_pubs/index.html

Employer violations of the withholding laws can result in serious penalties, so I suggest you either get very familiar with the rules, or hire a tax professional to handle the payroll for you.
