My license is revoked in Wisconsin because of a DUI, I also got one in Oregon where I am living now. I will be eligible for an occupational license soon in Oregon, but they tell me I have to get a letter of clearance from Wisconsin. I talked to the DMV their an they will not give me the letter because my revokation is not over. The thing is, I will be eligible for an occupation license in Wisconsin too. How do I go about getting an occupational license to get to work in Oregon when Wisconsin will not clear my license?
