I believe there is a bench warrant for me in the county,I just moved back to.I've met a man,and we want to marry.Do they check warrants, when you go to get a marriage license? Also if we were to marry in the county courthouse, could they arrest me?

I doubt they check for warrants, but yes, they can arrest you. You might as well clear up the warrant. Sooner or later you'll be stopped by a traffic cop who will haul you off to jail. At least this way you know when it's going to happen.
