I got a dui in Fl. I fell asleep at the wheel at 4 AM, & hit a stop sign. I had to do the roadside sobriety tests. I did not "refuse" the breathilizer, I just asked to speak with my attorney first. So I did not blow or talk to my lawyer. Will I get the worst in fines & probation for not blowing? Won't they have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that I was drunk? They video taped everything. Any help?!? Thanks
