HELP ME!!

Guest
My ex had me charged with sexual assualt of a minor after a < 2 hour visit. Nothing eventful happened during the visit but, the next day she was taken to the E.R. for a 3 cm scratch in private area (not inside but, on the outside)this happened in March--in June I was arrested and bailed out of jail with a 20,000 bond. Today my name came out on a "most wanted" list in the newspaper-I found out it was because the bail was increased to 40,000 without notice. Now there is a warrant out for my arrest. My witnesses were never questioned, the only questioning I received was that the officer wanted me to sign a confession. My daughter is 3 years old and my ex wants me to give up my paternal rights when I refused, all of this occured. HELP

I may sound judgemental, but there isn't any screaming that you didn't do anything to the three year old. Maybe mom has a valid complaint.
