discrimination

I have a situation where a private establishment has nothing posted about needing two forms of ID to get in. They only ask minorities for two forms of ID. Even if they look 50. Is there anything that can be done about this club?

Private clubs may discriminate in any way they choose. If a club is not operated for profit, is genuinely selective in its membership, and is supported entirely by private funds, it may do as it wishes.
