my boyfriend is being held in our county jail till the outcome of his non-jury trial, which he requested. charges on him are false and he has sufficient proof. lawyer says his case can be beat. afterwards he has to see another court for parople to decide if he gets released and what the outcome of trial was. he has been on parole almost 3 yrs, good record and his parole officer has put in a good word for him, that he is a very good parolee. he would be done with parole this march. his charge is a misdamenor.hes already served 25 days.i am concerned about this matter very much and need some advice.
