My 18 yr old daughter and 18 yr old niece got into a fight started by my daughter. My niece filed assualt charges and trespassing charges against my daughter. This incident happened at my nieces' mothers home. Does my daughter need an attorney when she goes to the sheriff's office tomorrow? Also, the niece seems to think that since my daughter lives with me and is unemployed that it makes me responsible for the nieces hospital bill. Is this true? We are all in the state of MS. Thank you for your help
