what happens if you leave a state while on probation a mental disorder which kept you from making good decisions. and being thats its been a year, now thinking about applying for socical security benefits for this condition. will they find me and take me to jail?

My response:

Yes, they will find you and enhance your original sentence. Apparently, your "mental disorder" is not so bad - - you obviously realize that what you've done is wrong, and are writing to an internet site about it. Since you left the State, the statute of limitations stops running and, theoretically, you could go back to prison 5 years from now; however, it is more than likely you'll be found long before that occurs.
