What REMEDIES are available to a criminal defendant if he believes the Court-appointed Attorney did NOT provide EFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE? Is there such a thing as a DELAYED APPEAL? If so, HOW LONG AFTER SENTENCING can a criminal defendant FILE one?

Been where you are trust me... you can request what is called a MARSDEN HEARING, and you can do it yourself.. request information from the law library for proper jurisdiction... However just because you do not agree WILL NOT WORK, YOU have to prove in-effective counsel based on proof! good luck
quote:
Originally posted by WMR:
