If ran from juvenile center as minor, and now adult, are charges droped?

Minor left juvenile detention, while on pass. Two weeks later turned 18. If turn self in, do they go back to the juvenile center still? Or will they be charged as an adult? Or will charges be droped? Did one year for criminal tresspassing, and running from center. I really need this answered. Please help.
