I live in a nudist park in Hidalgo County, Texas. It is considered to be a private park - permission must be granted for anyone to be on the grounds. Soon, a couple will be arriving. The husband has been kicked out of another place due to "groping" females. The manager of my park, as well as the Board of Directors, are aware of this. If this man attacks someone here, can he be held liable, and sued for assault? Can the manager and/or the Board of Directors be held liable?
