i'm an habitual offender in Virginia. I was at the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program(VASAP) office signing papaerwork needed to begin my yearlong restricted license probation. During this I became very angry and subsiquently was asked to leave before finishing. Two days later I was informed that the VASAP office was referring my case back to court. Does VASAP have the legal authority to do this?
