Hi.
In an effort to clean up my licence in NY, I find that a citation (3 actually) I got in 1990 in Mass is holding me up. They were for unregisterd, uninsured vehical.
Evidently, I never showed up. I did not live in MA state.
I am supposed to go up to mass in front of the judge to clear this up. Does anyone know what my options are? What are the penalties???
My driving record is discusting (2 DWI Felonies in NY, some no licences, and no insurance/reg before), but I've spent 2 years cleaning it up, and this is the last of it.
