My friend has been arrested for drugs, he has taken it to trial. On the day of his hearing two of the witness stated that he threating them. One of the witness is a cop on the Drug strike force that arested him. The same cop gave his wife the figure in the court house in front of my 8 yr old daughter. They charge him with two more felonies on tampering with the witness. Revoke his bond that he has been on for almost 2 yrs and rise it up more and had another bond for 50,000 on the new charges on him on. In my believe the dont have a case on him on the drug charges, because the lost 1 ounce of weed, (claimed the mice or rats ate it the the evidence room). So they are charging him with new charges. Want can be done about this. Please help.
