Hi, everyone

I am from Kansas and went to court for my 2nd D.U.I in March of 2001. I did not even see the judge. My attorney talked with the D.A.. When he came out of her office he asked me to step outside of the courtroom so that we could talk. He at that point told me that the state had dismissed all of the charges. My question is can these charges be brought back up.

above.....unless the case was "dismissed without predudice".....this gives them opportunity to re-file charges with adequite evidence. Otherwise.....as we say on the East-Coast" Forgedda-bout-it"
