my 2 friends and i went camping and the police came and found 2 beers with us. i didn't drink any and told the police i didn't and was on medication, my other friend lied to the cop, and in turn the cop found out he lied about where he was from. The friend that lied got caught throwing the beers and lying, then 5 days later he recived a citation. my other friend also recieved a citation within 6 days. Its been a month and i havn't recieved anything, am i still in danger of recieving a citation? is there a legal time limit? i did tell the cop i was on medication for my back which disallowed and alchol intake.
