Second DUI Arrest

My fiancee' was arressted for his second DUI 3 years ago. He didn't appear for court. He was also going to court for his first DUI at the time of the second DUI. He is planning on turning himself in in a few days. He has a felony warrent for his second DUI with no bond. He also has 3 misdameaner warrents for (1) his first DUI(2,3) for charges related to the second DUI. We would like to know what punishments his is facing before he turns himself in.
